ACCESS Testing

The state of Illinois requires that all school districts annually assess all English Language Learners for English proficiency growth. The ACCESS testing window in CCSD21 is January 16 – February 19, 2019.

ACCESS for ELLs is designed to measure social and academic proficiency in English in the four language domains of listening, speaking reading and writing. CCSD21 receives the results of this test in the summer.
